Today’s post is about change this year. What are your goals for 2015? I’m super excited about taking on new challenges this year and experiencing change!
I recently started yoga and am currently practicing it daily. I’ve also partnered with a nutrition company that’s helping me get in shape and move through yoga with more energy than I ever would have thought! So excited for this year and what’s to come!
I know it’s been a while since I posted, but I’m excited to start writing again and keep it up this year!
